This project involves a propose road widening and junction improvement works for proposed erection of a new educational institution (Overseas Family School Singapore), consisting of two 11-storey Teaching Blocks, one 7-storey Administration Block, one 3-storey common block, 1-storey basement parking with on-grade sports field over at Drive 3/ Elias Road (Pasir Ris Planning Area), it also involves a shoring for excavation works of 3.0m (W) x 2.35m (D) trench for drain construction works.
