TCP stands for “The Civil Professionals”. TCP Consultants Pte Ltd is led by Director Er. Tan Chuan Ping, Jeffrey, a Professional Engineer (Civil) with over 35 years of experience in civil and structural engineering, building and infrastructure design, and structural survey work. He has been the Qualified Person (QP) and Professional Engineer for numerous high-profile developments, including high-rise residential and commercial buildings, industrial facilities, and major infrastructure projects in Singapore.

We are Licensed Professionals registered with the Professional Engineers Board, Singapore. Founded in 1998, our company philosophy is to provide the best solution for the client’s building needs, to be forward looking and innovative as well as to offer the best in professional services and organisation. Under the leadership of Er. Tan Chuan Ping, Jeffrey, TCP has also taken on complex assignments in industrial plants, jetties, tank farms, MRT-related structures, and large-scale earth retaining and stabilising structures, supporting both public agencies and private sector clients.

TCP has over 25 years of experience in offering professional and expert services in Civil & Structural Engineering consultancy and project management works. Our team of experienced engineers provide one-stop comprehensive and exclusive services covering all aspects of design, submission and contract supervision, and our Director remains personally involved in key projects to ensure technical rigour, regulatory compliance, and practical buildability. He is also active in the professional community, serving in industry and regulatory committees and contributing to the development of engineering standards and practices in Singapore.
