The Project involves the erection of 2-blocks of 36 storey apartments with common basement carparks and communal facilities at Leonie Hill Road (River Valley Planning Area). The Purpose of the Earth Control Measures, ECM is for the management of soil erosions, containment and treatment of silty discharges due to the impact of rain water.
