This project involves road opening application for the road improvement works, including center median works, flexible & semi-rigid pavement works, GI pipe laying, etc., for the proposed new erection of a part 3/ part 6/ part 9 storey commercial development with shops and restaurant use on 1st – 3rd storey, office use on 4th – 9th storey and basement carpark at Holland Road.
